Ruby's Rompin Room~My Voices

(laughin) I know what you're thinkin and no, I don't actually hear voices. I call sayins that I've collected from other people over the years "The Voices". Meanin, these sayings from the voices of those who've impacted my life in some way. These sayings by others crack me up or settle me, give me courage or strength. I know that famous people say stuff all the time and we all turn those into profound quotes. And, I've created some as well, but for the most part here, I'm talkin about the people who've wandered through my life and left a mark, so to speak. (w) That kinda thing.

Here are some of those voices I listen to when in need.

In every storm, there's calm. (This came from my dear old departed Master. I wonder if he really believed that. I try to.)

Hate it for ya. (From someone I knew. I'll use this when I wanna be a smartass.)

If God's still around, why'd he quit talkin? (From someone I knew. Interestin thought, eh?)

It ain't nothin but a whippin. (A real smart mouthed submissive I knew.)

It's your life, I'm just passin through. (A former uncle from my former leather family.)

Is this gonna hurt? (Came from a learnin submissive, she said it about everything. LOL)

My pain is my own, unless given as a gift. (Me)

Two wrongs might be fun. (My departed brother, NicholASS. He also used to call me "Rube the Cube" LOL)

I won't succumb to those who'd have me kneel to shallow visions. (Came from a Dominant who let me change some of it to fit me.)

You're not a bad girl, Ruby. After dinner, I'll make ya a bad girl. (My dear old departed Master would say that sometimes if I'd done somethin wrong.)
